Slavco moved to the US in 2000 and his daughters were born in 2002 and 2005. Time spent in playgrounds around Cambridge put him in frequent contact with swingsets and swings - both with and without seats - began to appear as a regular motif in his work.

These pieces are on either wood block or canvas with applied pigments and metals.
